2025 marks my 20th year as a Realtor®. One of the many things I’ve conquered as a Realtor® is having the right tools and supplies to make my job easier. From the perfect desk essentials to Open House must haves, to what I stock in my car, I’ve got it all covered.
Because we spend more time in our vehicles than we do at a desk, I’ll start with the things that make all that driving around much easier. A car emergency kit is first and foremost. Gotta have jumper cables, flares and all the roadside stuff for the just in case situations. Then comes my handy dandy little have everything kit. It includes chapstick, hand wipes, a lint roller, flossers, mouthwash, deodorant & gum, to name a few. Of course, I always have a few bottles of water and toilet paper for unexpected stops.
